We import the finest materials from all over the world to ensure that our flies are at least as good as the best available commercially produced flies.We run reguarl training programmes for tyers to update technique and train in the use of new materials. In 2014 the company undertook Kaizen training to enable continuous improvement of qulitty and service.We have a returns policy that commits to re-tying or repaying any customer who is dissatisfied with the quality of our products. We do ask that these are returned to us at our cost by airmail.
